Barre: Stretch & Strength is a barre method, low impact workout that helps you to tone and build long, lean, muscle from head to tippy toe! It's a combination of stretching, barre and ballet based exercises along with yoga and pilates movements. The class is a focus on balance and stability, with basic movements you will strengthen glutes, quads, hamstrings, calfs, abdominals, back, arms and more!
